Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Cheryl founded Outsource Marketing in 2009 and has now created a team of exceptional professionals who provide specialized skills to the firm. With over 20 years of management experience in the professional services industry, Cheryl has developed marketing and sales strategies, created visual and written communications, grown and enhanced client relationships, and sourced new business opportunities.Cheryl has prepared and won hundreds of proposals, including Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership procured projects exceeding $3 billion in construction value. Her extensive knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries, and gift for effectively leading multi-disciplinary client teams through a time-critical proposal development process, have constantly created proposal-winning strategies, content, and graphics.A graduate of the University of British Columbia’s (UBC) Sauder School of Business Marketing and Sales Management Program, Cheryl is also certified Sales and Marketing Executive.
Justin K Lacey
A results-oriented leader with over20 years of global marketing, sales, and business development experience, Justin has worked within clean-tech, aerospace, and professional services sectors.
Justin spent 10 years with Bombardier Aerospace, serving in a variety of roles, the latest being as the Director, Marketing & Customer Experience responsible for directing the world-wide branding, marketing and communication activities for this $4B division of Bombardier.
In addition, Justin led the Marketing & Communication activities of two Vancouver based clean-tech firms, VRB Power Systems and Day4 Energy, a leading provider of technologically advanced solar photovoltaic modules. Most recently, Justin led the marketing, communications, and proposal development team at Kasian, regarded as one of the leading 100 architecture, interior design, and planning firms in the world with offices in Canada, the Middle East and Asia.
Justin has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from McGill University, and a degree in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics.
As a Graphic Designer, Ethan has been providing visual communication solutions in multimedia and design for more than four years, working directly with local businesses and marketing firms to tackle goal-specific targets using digital and print design, branding, web design, User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX), as well as editorial and layout design.
Having graduated from SAIT’s New Media Production & Design program, Ethan is equipped with a versatile skill set that allows him to play a lead role in projects such as booth media development for trade shows and education fairs, environmental signage and wayfinding, social media strategy and content creation, and commercial video. With a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a focus on the big picture, Ethan is able to quickly adapt to the needs of any given project.
As an IT professional for over 30 years, Chris has served as a senior solutions architect and technical team lead for many organizations, including most major telecommunications companies and ISPs across North America. He is committed to ongoing education and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. He also has certificates in New Media Journalism and Technical Writing.
During his career, Chris has authored numerous technical documents, papers, articles, and successful RFP responses. Additionally, he has been responsible for editing and overseeing a multitude of major project documentation suites as well as setting global professional services writing standards. His broad technical and business knowledge is complemented with a flair for adapting content to any audience for maximum effect, from succinctly explaining complex concepts to creating compelling, results-driven marketing copy.
Social Media Content Manager
Anna is well experienced in social media, content and online marketing, retail marketing, financial services, and corporate branding. Her work experience includes senior management roles at Alive Magazine, Pharmasave Drugs National, and Invis & Mortgage Intelligence.
Her B.Sc. majoring in BioPsychology from the University of British Columbia gives her the edge when it comes to understanding human behaviour as it relates to consumer behaviour and marketing. Anna also has a diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from UBC-SMEI, facilitated by UBC-Sauder School of Business.
Tina is a Registered Kinesiologist and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree. She brings over six years of experience working in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation environment, where she cultivated extensive experience in writing and editing professional communications.
She has contributed to and edited many and varied forms of assessments and reports for a broad range of stakeholders. Tina understands the magnitude of creating content that is clear and impactful for decision-makers. This experience, along with her solid attention to detail, make her a valuable member of the Outsource Marketing Team. .
