With modern technology and manufacturing techniques, quality materials, and superior European craftsmanship, Merit Kitchens creates custom kitchens and bathrooms that combine beauty with intelligent design.
Merit truly believes that they offer more than kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They provide something that enriches the daily lives of its clients – each, and every day, and for decades to come. Today, Merit delivers cabinets in Canada as far east as Ontario, and throughout the U.S. They are also active in select Asian markets.
Outsource Marketing was hired to develop a brand and communications strategy that effectively positioned the firm as a manufacturer of premium kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
To be successful, the strategy needed to go beyond product positioning, and take into account the experience consumers have with Merit Kitchens, and their network of Dealers across Canada and the U.S. An important element of implementing this new marketing and communication strategy was a new website.
